Please carefully review the following terms and conditions regarding the purchase of our products.

1. Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless our product is found to be faulty. If you experience a technical issue with a purchased product, please contact us through our Discord server for support.

2. Distribution

Upon receiving the product files, it is strictly prohibited to share them with any third parties. Instead, kindly direct individuals to our official store for purchasing. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased assets will result in revocation of your license without refund.

3. Compatibility

  • Our products are exclusively designed for FiveM and the native GTA V environment
  • Products may not be compatible with other mods, frameworks, or platforms
  • We do not assume liability for any conflicts that may arise between our products and other mods, MLOs, or YMAPs

4. CFX Escrow & Asset Transfers

Files are CFX encrypted and locked to a server. Your purchases are linked to your FiveM account, and your FiveM account is linked to your FiveM server license key. The FiveM account you use to log in on Tebex before the purchase needs to be the same FiveM account that you use to log into Keymaster.

Please keep in mind that an asset can only be transferred once, and this action is irreversible. See CFX Keymaster Support for more information.

5. Liability

We cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred to your PC or server while using our products. All products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

6. Usage Rights

  • Purchased assets are licensed for use on your own FiveM server(s)
  • You may not claim purchased assets as your own original work
  • Modification of assets for personal use on your server is permitted

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Tebex. By making a purchase, you also agree to Tebex's Terms & Conditions.

8. Changes

These terms are subject to change. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
